On Saturday, May 31st, 2014, Brewer-Hendley & Market Express, through the Habitat for Humanity program, got the privilege to help a young family paint their first home. We met Tamla and Travis and got to work alongside them while priming their newly sheet-rocked home. Our group of 9 – Angie and Tristan Helms; Buddy Brewer; Dave Ryan; Brad, Rachel, and Bryce Brewer; Thomas and Brittney Valeri – had so much fun working alongside each other and getting to know one another outside of work! We met early Saturday morning and started the day off with a word of prayer from our Habitat leader and quickly got to work. The time flew while we were having a blast helping out this sweet couple! After we finished priming and cleaning up the house we all sat down for a delicious Chick-fil-a lunch, thanks to our own Bill Brewer. We can’t wait for our next Habitat for Humanity outing so we can be a blessing to another family.
